Magirus FireBull

The Magirus FireBull is the world's first tracked firefighting vehicle ready for series production.  The PowerBully 18T chassis and its best-in-class off-road abilities provide maximum traction and gradeability, no matter on what kind of terrain. Thanks to the combination of high payload with low ground pressure (0,30 kg/cm² - which is significantly less than for 6x6 trucks) and 1,400 mm fording depth, the Magirus FireBull is designed for operations in remote areas, such as bog fires, wildland fires, smoldering fires or on swampy terrain.

the FireBull transports high payloads with minimal ground pressure over the most difficult terrain while ensuring maximum extinguishing effect and safety for the emergency services.

Gradability and stability

X-Track

The carrier's X-Track rubber track offers maximum climbing ability and high grip strength due to its special lug design.

High performance turbine

AirCore MFT35-H

Extinguishing turbine with a capacity of up to 3,500 liters per minute. The water mist technology enables efficient fire fighting and moistening of vegetation and has a high penetration depth. The water can be discharged on the fly in pump & roll mode. In addition to a C-port at the front, self-protection nozzles and heat protection on the underbody ensure crew safety. At the same time, the concept offers a wide range of options, such as larger tank volumes and turbine variants, to be optimally equipped for the respective conditions.

10,000 l volume

AluFire3

The extinguishing agent tank holds a total of 10,000 l (9,000 l water, 1,000 l foam agent). With a pump capacity of 3,000 l/min at 10 bar, large quantities of water can thus be delivered in a targeted manner. In addition, the superstructure has continuous interior, ambient and roof lighting for safe and uniform illumination of the scene of operation.

Cummins B6.7 Engine

High torque at low engine speeds provides the necessary punch - while at the same time producing low noise and excellent fuel economy. The compact size of the Tier 4f/EU Stage V exhaust after treatment is key to maintaining a low vehicle profile.
