Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG is further expanding its international sales and service network for the PowerBully brand. With the Estonian company EM-Serv and the Alaska-based specialist Equipment Source Inc. (ESI), PowerBully is gaining two experienced partners who will provide customers with on-site sales, service and technical support in future. The expansion of the dealer network strengthens the presence of these all-terrain tracked vehicles in two markets which, due to their demanding environmental and operational conditions, offer particular potential for PowerBully.
A strong partner for Estonia
EM-Serv is one of Estonia’s leading construction machinery and service providers. The company has been operating in the market for around 30 years and runs four sites across the country. In addition to the sale and hire of high-quality machinery, EM-Serv offers comprehensive servicing, repair and spare parts services and is, amongst other things, a long-standing distribution partner of Liebherr in Estonia.
The collaboration was already on display at the Maamess trade fair in Tartu, Estonia. There, PowerBully and EM-Serv jointly presented a PowerBully 12 D. The vehicle proved to be a major crowd-puller and was awarded the fair’s Innovation Prize.
Estonia’s vast forests and moorlands, its harsh climate and numerous infrastructure projects on sensitive ground create ideal operating conditions for the PowerBully. Where conventional vehicles reach their limits, this all-terrain tracked vehicle really comes into its own. Maximum traction, low ground pressure, a wading depth of up to 1,300 mm, and a comprehensive range of cold-start, comfort and safety options enable reliable operations in Estonia’s forests and moors, as well as along the coast. A PowerBully 9 D is already in operation on site as a demonstration vehicle, showcasing the vehicles’ capabilities under real-world conditions.
Expertise in extreme conditions in Alaska
PowerBully is also continuing to expand its market presence in North America. Equipment Source Inc. (ESI), an experienced specialist in Arctic applications, will take over responsibility for the market in Alaska.
The company was founded in Fairbanks in 2000 and develops, tests and manufactures specialist equipment for sectors such as the oil and gas industry, mining, telecommunications, aviation and logistics in remote regions. In addition, ESI distributes and supports numerous renowned brands such as Kubota, JCB and Fat Truck, and has extensive experience in the provision and maintenance of machinery under extreme climatic conditions.
Alaska’s demands are particularly well suited to the PowerBully’s strengths. Whether in the wilderness, on infrastructure projects or in remote settlements: the PowerBully’s all-terrain drivetrain and its cold-start and climate control options enable year-round use of these tracked utility vehicles. . Together, PowerBully and ESI aim to offer customers high-performance transport solutions and reliable on-site service.
“With EM-Serv and ESI, we are gaining two partners who share our commitment to quality, customer focus and service. Both companies have extensive experience in demanding operating environments and are excellently positioned to further develop the PowerBully brand in their markets.” (Leif Scholz, Head of Utility Sales)
Through these new partnerships, PowerBully is strengthening its international market presence and laying the foundations for further growth in regions where high-performance and reliable off-road vehicles play a crucial role.
ESI (Equipment Source Inc.), based in Fairbanks, Alaska, has been developing and manufacturing robust specialist equipment for extreme operating conditions since 2000. The company offers bespoke solutions such as industrial heaters, pumps, generators and custom-built equipment for sectors including oil and gas, mining, telecommunications, aviation and logistics. In addition, ESI distributes and supports products from renowned manufacturers and is renowned for its high level of expertise in Arctic applications.
Through this new partnership, ESI and PowerBully are combining their strengths for the Alaskan market: Nick Ferree, CEO of ESI (right), and Chuck Norman, Sales Manager at KATV/PowerBully, are responsible for the joint marketing and support of these high-performance tracked vehicles in Alaska.
